The S1000/S2000/3000 isn't reaching the steps

If your S1000, S2000, or S3000 is not reaching the pool steps or sun ledge during the cleaning cycle, please try the following:

  1. Ensure the robot is set to Full Coverage cleaning mode.
  2. Verify that the sun ledge has a minimum water depth of 30-38 cm.
  3. Make sure the robot's filters are clean and free of debris.
  4. At the start of the cleaning cycle, place the robot in the pool facing the steps, approximately 1 meter away from them.
  5. Start the cleaning cycle and allow the robot to operate normally.

This feature operates automatically in Full Coverage cleaning mode and is designed to clean sun ledges that meet the minimum water depth requirement.

If the robot still does not reach the steps during the next cycle, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
