Jonathan Basi
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Basi joined the Maytronics Board of Directors in 2010 and today serves as Chairman, bringing vast experience in management and industrial leadership to the company. A retired colonel in the IDF, Mr. Basi was the Director-General of an Israeli cabinet ministry and held top leadership positions in companies in the private and public sectors.
Ron Cohen
Director
A Maytronics Director since 2020, offers valuable experience as the company's former production lead from 2006 to 2009. Currently serving as the CEO of Kibbutz Yizre'el holding company , With a strong background in driving business growth, entrepreneurship, construction project management, and investments, Mr. Cohen effectively oversees substantial budgets and implements strategic initiatives. Mr. Cohen holds a BSc. in Agricultural Economics from the Hebrew University and an MBA in Business Management from Haifa University.
Jeremy Perling
Director
A Director of Maytronics since 2002, Mr. Perling brings extensive experience in engineering as well as technical and innovation leadership to the company. Mr. Perling was one of the founders of Maytronics and led the company R&D in a variety of capacities for over 13 years.
Ariel Brin Dolinko
Director
A Maytronics Director since 2017, Mr. Brin Dolinko is the CFO of Log Plastic Products Ltd. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, a CPA certificate and an MBA in Financial Management.
Moran Kuperman
Director
A Maytronics Director since 2020, Ms. Kuperman has extensive experience in marketing strategy, business collaborations, and sales. She holds a BA in Insurance, and completed advanced study courses in mediation, human resources, and corporate directorship.
Elad Ilan
Director
Joined the Maytronics board in 2023. Currently, he holds the position of Engineering Director at Applied Materials. Before joining Applied Materials, Mr. Ilan was the Director of Engineering and Manager of Sony's Israel Image Sensor R&D site. Mr. Ilan obtained a BSc. in Electronics Engineering and a B.A. in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Shirit Kasher
Director
A Maytronics Director since 2021, Mrs. Kasher is an entrepreneur, she has vast experience in global and local financial and strategic managing. Mrs. Kasher holds a BSc. in life science, a LL.B and an MBA.
Shlomo Liran
Independent Director
Mr. Liran joined the Maytronics Board in 2019, bringing over 20 years of top-tier management experience in leading industrial companies, including as the CEO of several manufacturing and communications companies. Mr. Liran served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
Ronnie Meninger
Independent Director
Mrs. Meninger joined the Maytronics board in 2019, bringing vast experience in industrial companies, having served as CEO and in other managerial positions in various companies. She also serves on the boards of Kafrit, Albaad, and Alon Natural Gas Exploration.
