Let's look at the impeller and its surrounding parts:
Make sure the power supply is unplugged from the outlet.
If you notice debris trapped in the impeller, open the impeller, remove the debris, and reassemble it. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver, do not use a power drill.
If your robot model has grilles on the sides check for visible debris there as well.
