My Dolphin regularly forgets part of the pool

Make sure that the cable is not twisted or bent and that it is long enough to reach the entire pool.

Excess cable should be rolled up on the Caddy or laid along the pool.


You can also start the Dolphin from another part of the pool so that your robot changes its initial route.


You can also check:


  • That the duration of the cleaning cycle is correct (check according to the programs how long the cycle should last)

  • That the robot moves normally (if not, check that the filter is not clogged, or that the turbine works normally)

  • That there are no obstacles preventing the robot from going to all areas of the pool
