FAQ

Do you have a question?

I can power my Dolphin on but it does not move

How can you get your robot moving again?

  1. Disconnect the black cable from the outlet and wait approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Reconnect it to a different outlet and try to turn on the power supply.
  3. Disconnect the blue cable from the power supply, then turn the power supply on.
  4. Wait approximately 30 seconds, then reconnect the blue cable while ensuring that it is tightly plugged in and in good condition.

1. Unplug the power supply from the outlet.

2. Check the impeller. If you notice debris trapped in the impeller, open it, remove the debris, and reassemble it. Use a Phillips screwdriver, for safety. Do not use a power drill.

Check the tracks and brushes, every nook and cranny for any obstructions or visible damage.
