FAQ

Do you have a question?

My Dolphin's filter is full - How do I clean it?

This must be causing your robot to not clean as well as it used to, how annoying!

Let's see how to properly clean it out and get that robot cleaning again.

  • First of all, we recommend cleaning the filters after each cycle to make sure they last longer.
  • For Fine filters: take the filters out of the robot and clean them with a pressure washer in order to rinse out any debris that was left there!

After you are done rinsing the filters out, you can put them straight back into your robot, no need to let them dry!

Cartridges or Ultra-fine filters can be cleaned in several different ways: for day-to-day cleaning, we recommend using a hose on the highest pressure to rinse them out, as even if they look clean, they can still be clogged as these filters can catch small debris like sand and dust.

We recommend cleaning these filters after every cycle, otherwise, they can get clogged easily and may needed to be replaced earlier than necessary.

Once your filters are clean, your robot will be cleaning just like before – If you are still having issues with the way your robot is cleaning, please contact us here.

We advise you to refer to the user manual of your Dolphin, you will need to indicate the model of your Dolphin robot.

Advice : Bag filters can be washed in the washingmachine at 30 degrees; let them air dry.
The cartridges can be cleaned in the dishwasher at 30 degrees.
