Rafi joined Maytronics in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer. He brings a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise, with over twenty years of experience in senior management positions across global technology companies. In his most recent role, in which he served as President and GM of Applied Materials Israel, Rafi successfully initiated and led innovative strategies, developed disruptive technologies, and drove global expansion. He previously held senior management positions at Nice, Comverse, and other leading companies, shaping strategic moves that resulted in significant growth and improved profitability. Rafi holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Ruppin College, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Utah, and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Hagit Joined Maytronics in 2014 and has been Head of Biz.Ops since 2019. Prior to that position, Hagit was Head of Program Management for 4 years
Galit joined Maytronics in 2021 as VP of Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management, working with HR Corporate and branches worldwide. Galit specializes in executive coaching, talent management, and HR strategic planning.
Stav Joined Maytronics in 2022 as Chief Solutions Officer. He has over 10 years of experience in R&D and Product positions. Stav was VP of R&D and Solution in Orbit, as well as EVP of Global Sales and Marketing. Stav holds a B.Sc. in Communication Systems engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
Oren joined Maytronics in 2025 as the Global Chief Operations Officer. As a highly experienced Industrial Engineer, he brings over 25 years of extensive expertise in supply chain management, operational leadership, and strategic procurement gained at leading global organizations, including Kimberly Clark, Tnuva, Caesarstone, and Motorad.
Amit joined Maytronics in July 2025 as the Chief Finance Officer. He brings extensive finance expertise, with over 25 years of experience across startups, large industrial companies, and TASE-listed public companies, including Galam, Kamor, and Gadot Groups. He has successfully led turnaround processes, IPOs, fundraising and M&A activities. Amit holds an Israel CPA and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
