Meni joined Maytronics in 2008 as controller and was appointed as CFO in 2010. He is on the Board of Directors of all of Maytronics subsidiaries, Maytronics US, Maytronics France (MG International) and Maytronics Australia.
Galit Ginzburg
CHRO - Chief Human Resources Officer
Galit joined Maytronics in 2021 as VP of Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management, working with HR Corporate and branches worldwide. Galit specializes in executive coaching, talent management, and HR strategic planning.
Hagit Makdonsky
CSRO– Chief Strategy Realization Officer
Hagit Joined Maytronics in 2014 and has been Head of Biz.Ops since 2019. Prior to that position, Hagit was Head of Program Management for 4 years
Franck Sogaard
CRO - Chief Revenue Officer President Americas, EMEA & APAC GM
Franck joined Maytronics as President & General Manager of Maytronics USA in 2019. Since February 2023, Franck serves as Maytronics’ Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and President of Americas, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Maytronics, Franck gained extensive executive experience in Fortune 500 companies such as Avery Dennison, Jarden, Newell Brands and Berkshire Hathaway.
Orly Huberman
CIO - Chief Information Officer
Orly joined Maytronics in 2020 as CIO. She brings over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology, having held senior executive and management positions in multiple industries. Orly brings vast experience in leading, designing, managing and implementating strategic projects from planning to delivery.
Stav Gizunterman
CSO - Chief Solution Officer
Stav Joined Maytronics in 2022 as Chief Solutions Officer. He has over 10 years of experience in R&D and Product positions. Stav was VP of R&D and Solution in Orbit, as well as EVP of Global Sales and Marketing. Stav holds a B.Sc. in Communication Systems engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
Yaniv Tamar
CQO - Chief Quality Officer
Yaniv has served as VP Quality Control at Maytronics since 2016 and has been employed by the company since 2004. He has over 15 years of experience in product development and marketing. He holds an MBA and a BSc in Computer Science.
Guy Liphshits
COO - Chief Operation Officer
Guy Joined Maytronics in 2000 and has been VP Operations since 2017. Guy has held a range of positions in Maytronics, including managing our main production site in Kibbutz Yizre’el, and was responsible for the project of establishing the Dalton manufacturing plant.
