General Guide to Bluetooth Connectivity
MyDolphin™ is an easy-to-use app for remotely controlling your pool cleaning robot using Bluetooth®.
Depending on the model, you can activate different cleaning programmes, the weekly timer and/or manual control.
We advise you to refer to the user manual to find out which features are included with your robot model.
The MyDolphin™ app will work if the following parameters are met:
- On most mobile devices running iOS 7 or higher and Android 4.3 or higher
- If the power of your 3G or 4G network connection is at least 60%, i.e. 2 bars out of the 3 available
- When Bluetooth® and GPS are activated on your phone
- Connect the Dolphin robot to the power supply and the power supply to an electrical outlet.
- Press the On / Off button on the power supply.
- Download and launch the MyDolphin™ app.
- Make sure the smart device is within 3 feet of the robot's power supply.
- Once launched, the application will search via Bluetooth® and display the serial number of your robot.
- Click on the Dolphin serial number that appears on the screen.
- Sign up by entering your email address and creating a password.
- Then your smartphone will complete the Bluetooth® pairing sequence.
Wait a few moments because this operation can take up to 2 minutes depending on the signal strength of your 3G / 4G network.
