The charger is connected to the robot's power unit, but the power unit LED indication is off.
- Disconnect the charger from the electrical out, wait 30 seconds and plug the charger in again.
- Try plugging the charger into a different outlet, to verify that the issue is not in the outlet.
- Clean the connection surfaces with a rag and reconnect the charger.
