FAQ

Do you have a question?

My Dolphin's power supply does not turn on when I press the power button

If your power supply stopped working or is tripping the GFCI outlet, complete the following troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue:

1
Check the outlet

Let's make sure the issue isn’t coming from your home outlet by trying a different outlet or removing any extension cord, if in use. If the power supply still doesn't turn on, let’s proceed.

If you find any damage to the cables, please contact us here or visit your nearest dealer if you purchased from a local dealer.

The next step is to identify if the issue is with the robot, the cables, or the power supply itself.

1
Disconnect the blue cable from the power supply and plug the power supply into a working electrical outlet.

Does the power supply turn on?

If the power supply turns on, this means the issue is not with the power supply. There may be an issue with the robot cable or motor unit.
