Would highly recommend
I have posted before where I did not get any contact from customer support in a review after asking for it and then I was reached out by customer support and they walked me through testing it. They continually worked with me to figure out I needed to send the entire unit back in which I did and they quickly fixed it and returned it back to me. It is working great now and, we are looking forward to using our pool.

I ordered my dolphin m400 from Poolpartz.com the shipping was super fast, the communication from the owner was fantastic and my robot is 10000 times better than the piece of crap Aiper scuba s1 that is wireless that I bought a month ago.
