My Dolphin's tracks fell off or are loose.
This can occur with a new product, as occasional shifting during shipment can cause the tracks to become loosened. If your Dolphin’s tracks come off during initial use, this can be resolved by manually reinstalling them.
The tracks on your Dolphin can become damaged and slack if the robot is frequently used in a pool with unbalanced chemicals. Ensure that the chemicals in the pool meet our recommended parameters.
If the colour on the tracks is faded and the tracks are loose and slipping off even after reinstalling and checking the chemicals, we recommend replacing the tracks.
