My Dolphin power adapter doesn’t turn on when I press the power button.
Step 1: Complete a power supply reset:
Pull out the black cable from the outlet and wait 5 seconds. Insert the black cable back into the outlet to ensure that the power supply is not in “delay mode”.
Step 2: Check the blue cable:
Check to be sure that the blue cable is properly connected as it appears on the robot manual. Perform a check that the blue cable is intact and that there is no damage found.
Step 3:
Make sure you are not using an extension cord, and try on another outlet.
After performing these checks, your robot does not move when you switch on the power supply; we advise having the cleaner evaluated by a certified Maytronics technician.
