My Dolphin just spins in circles.
We advise you to perform the following steps:
- Check that the robot's wheels or tracks are not obstructed.
- Make sure to clean the filter basket of your Dolphin and check that its' impeller is free of debris.
- Make sure that the cable of your Dolphin robot is not twisted.
- Check the chemical balance of the water to avoid the presence of algae.
If the problem persists, you might need to perform a more thorough diagnosis at an authorized Dolphin dealer.
