How to set/change the Homing Wall?
It is essential for the robot to complete 2-3 cleaning cycles before setting the Homing feature so that the robot can learn the pool!
1. To start, open the MaytronicsOne app and go to Settings by tapping the 3 dots.
2. Stand next to your preferred pool wall, facing the pool, and tap "I'm in Position".
3. Select the wall where the robot completed its last cycle. This is important to assist with the robot's compass.
If your pool is not rectangular, select the approximate location where the robot parked.
4. That's it! You're all set. Now, at the end of the cleaning cycle, the robot will park at the Homing wall.
To change the Homing wall, the robot must first park at its currently selected Homing wall. Once it is parked there, you can update the Homing wall setting in the app.
Important note about this feature: This feature uses a compass. The robot will park in your chosen location based on the robot's compass.
