My Dolphin gets stuck in the pool
If your Dolphin remains temporarily stuck, this may be normal.
Our robots are programmed to extract themselves after a few minutes from a stuck or blocked position.
However, if this happens too frequently, we advise you to stop filtering your pool while the Dolphin robot is running.
