Machine works very well, great suction, climbs even curved walls, can't climb more than 1 step unless the steps are deep. We usually just brush the stairs into the bottom of the pool and the machine picks up almost everything. It's not perfect but that's fine... It requires little human interaction and performs very well. Super easy to clean with a hose in minutes. I'd highly recommend it as long as you don't need 100% perfection. That's said, I doubt any other robot cleaner would perform any better in this price range. I wouldn't go cheaper that's for sure.

I know this is stupid but I was stupid enough to struggle with it but for anyone like me that struggled with the filter make sure that blue tag is positioned like in the picture to ensure filter fits in the wave 100 Overall dolfin runs fine Remote feature are alright I prefer just letting it do its own thing Suction is good But I noticed it started scraping on the wall unfortunately So keep an eye on that if leaving it in the pool overnight

Works good. But how do you take off timer on machine. we use it over night and upon finding it in the a.m. it is off . We have to reset it. Thank you.

It is a great residential, bordering on commerical-grade, pool cleaner but it is flawed, just like the 2 prev cleaners I have owned. Please ask your engineers/developers in your R & D Dept to invent a pool cleaning robot that will not get stalled/hung up on tops of drains in pool. It is a constant problem and one I've found that causes me to feel like I have to almost babysit the thing. The cleaner gets on top of a drain, and just sits there, the side tracks spin, almost like a turtle on top of a fence post, and it can get free. It also gets hung up on steps in the pool, on the 90 degree edge, on the step. Just sits there and spins, in a semi-vertical position. Outside those imperfections, the screens pick up all/everything that needs to come up and out of my pool. Thanks.

The product is very slow and will drive over small things like leaves multiple times. They also don't give a full refund if you use it even if it doesn't work as advertised since its been used. Atleast thats what the return instructions say. Do not buy, other models work far better. The smart sensing is also not accurate. It seems to go more randomly than the regular $600 models.
