My Dolphin’s tracks are loose or falling off
This can happen with a new product as occasional shifting during shipment can cause the tracks to become loosened. If your Dolphin’s tracks come off during initial usage, this can be resolved by manually re-installing them.
The tracks on your Dolphin can become damaged and slack if the robot is used often in a pool with unbalanced chemicals. Make sure the chemicals in the pool meet our recommended parameters.
If the color on the tracks is faded and the tracks are loose and slipping off even after reinstalling and checking the chemicals, we recommend replacing the tracks.
