I have an issue with the remote control
If you are experiencing an issue with your remote control, we recommend first replacing the batteries.
When using the remote, make sure your remote control is within 3 meters of the robot’s power supply.
If the remote still doesn't work after replacing the batteries, the remote may need to be replaced.
