Very well packed. Very easy to set up that a cave man could set it up. My pool has never been so clean. I've only had it for one week, will update at the end of the season.

I purchased this unit in May 1st 2024. My first time to use electric sweeper to replace my Polaris 3900. It surprisingly me that works very well than my thought. I don’t need the booster pump and save some electric power. The only weak point is the software. They should improve the timer better. I gave it five stars it works well for my pool. Quang

I just can't describe to you how wonderfully this thing works. It saves so much time and effort, and it's built like a tank. When we got dirt in the pool I ran it repeatedly for about a day and by the end of that, the pool looked as if nothing has gotten in. When we opened the pool and had some mud and debris collected we ran it repeatedly and it cleaned right up. It just works. The cartridges are sturdy and can be used over and over again without replacement. Really, I wish my house flour vac were half this reliable and sturdy, but those folks seem to have moved to a company that sells you bags and bristles and parts. Not so here! If you are on the fence, take the plunge. (Get it?) The peace of mind alone with cleaning up the pool is worth so much. As new pool owners this device has really taken a lot of the cleaning effort right out of the experience for us.

After several months of use I now feel confident in writing this review. I've literally spent years fighting with suction/pressure vacuums that don't work well: replacing parts/rebuilding them, messing with big annoying hoses; this vacuum is a game changer. First, it actually works, and pretty fast. I typically run it for two cycles as we have a larger pool, but thats just a matter of pulling the unit, rinsing the filter and dropping it back in the pool. Second, its super easy to set up and put away- a little bit of cable management (wrapping the cord likes it wants to be wrapped) is the only slight trick. Otherwise using this thing is such a pleasure I would almost call it fun. Almost :)

After ordering 3 different types of pool vacuums we finally spent the big money and bought this one. It did not disappoint. It immediately went to work and cleaned not only the bottom but went up the walls like a champ. Well worth the money spent!
