My Dolphin gets stuck at the bottom or at the deep end of the pool
First, check that the Dolphin filters (bag or cartridges) are not clogged.
It is recommended to clean the bag or cartridges after each use, but deeper cleaning may be required and highly encouraged.
Your filters may look clean, but this does not mean that there are no fine particles clogging them.
Bag filters can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees, let them air dry.
The cartridges can be cleaned in the dishwasher at 30 degrees.
