My Dolphin does wheelie
Some Dolphin models lift themselves slightly off the ground to make it easier to change direction --> this is normal.
However, if the Dolphin rears up when moving in a straight line, we advise you to carry out the following checks:
- Check that the filters are not dirty or clogged (although the filters may appear clean, small particles may dry on the material and clog it).
It is recommended that the bag or cartridges be cleaned after each use, but deeper cleaning may be required and highly encouraged.
- Ensure that the filter basket is properly installed, tightly fitted, with no visible gaps and that the filter panels are properly clipped to the bracket.
- Check that the impeller is clean and free of debris
- Make sure that the cable is not twisted or bent and that it is long enough for the Dolphin to cover the entire pool.
