I had other pool cleaners before and the previous one a Aqua bot turbo T2 was always going through belts and filter bags, but this cleaner is sooooo easy to maintain. That filter basket is so easy to clean, and OMG that cleaner picks up the tiniest things, including dog hair...which my previous one did not...I highly recommended this cleaner...I hope its trouble free for years...I just love this Active 20...Only wish i could set it for how many hours i want it to run instead of a preset time....
