The Skimmi stopped moving, and the LED is flashing red
If the Skimmi stops and the LED is flashing red, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Open the app to read the error message to find out which wheel is stuck. Remove the object or hair.
2. Empty the filter tray and rinse it.
3. Open the app and set "Wheels Unblock" to "Forced" (note that this option will increase the Skimmi's power consumption and thus reduce the overall cleaning time).
