If the robot was purchased through a local dealer, please verify if they provide repair services.

If your robot doesn't start cleaning after powering it on, or if the main LED of the IoT Power Supply shows a Red light, complete the following troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue:

Note: If the Power Supply Unit doesn't turn on, please click here for the relevant troubleshooting steps.

1. Restart the Power Supply Unit:

  1. Unplug the black cable from the outlet.
  2. Disconnect the blue cable from the power supply. Inspect the blue cable to check for any cuts or damage.
  3. Plug the power supply into a different outlet to verify that the issue isn't with the electrical outlet.
  4. Reattach the blue cable back to the power supply and attempt to turn the unit on.

2. Check the impeller:

If debris is trapped in the impeller, open it, remove the debris, and reassemble it. For safety, use a Phillips screwdriver. Do not use a power drill. Click here to see how to clean your impeller.

3. Check the tracks:

Turn the robot upside down and try rotating the brushes by hand. Does it make any strange noises? If it does, take a closer look. Check the tracks, brushes, and every nook and cranny for any obstructions or visible damage. Click here to see how to clean the tracks.
