Dolphin Proteus DX4
So much different from my old Polaris 360…..So much better….does a fantastic job…..even from all of the gunk in pool after opening….just dropped it in let it do all of the work….made my job so much easier….easiest opening I’ve had since we had pool installed 8 years ago…..would definitely recommend

Better than $1000 polaris
I use this to remove large debris (leaves, Worms, pine needles) from bottom of pool. It does much better than the 2021 Polaris Epic that it replaced, and this Dolphin unit is almost half the price. It would take 5 cycles with the old robot to collect what the dolphin does. Negatives- doesn't clean the water line, but those are simple to brush. The vacuuming part was the pain point for me and this robot does it 10/10 stars. If climbing stairs is important to you, you should consider a 4 wheel drive model with the large wheels. The track propelled units don't do as well in general as the 4 wheel drive units (in my experience).
