I bought this vacuum to replace a suction side vac. I am so happy I made the switch. This vacuum is great and easy to use. I should have bought it a long time ago!

This cordless pool cleaner seems to do a good job in the pool, just make sure you keep it far away from any chemicals as the plastic does not seem very durable. It also gets scratched very easy especially if it gets stuck upside down. Ours doesn’t look great after a few months but still cleans well. We will have to see how well it holds up.

We're 99% pleased with this product. We bought it for the cordless component but got the 300 version for the ease of use to get it out of the pool. This can be a little hit and miss however. The company we bought it from (which is not our usual pool maintenance company) had more information for us about how long the hammer has to wake the unit up and when it doesn't work, to make sure that it's not on eco mode. None of this was in the manual or obvious so an upgrade to the manual would be useful. However, all in all, we're very happy.

We mostly love 'Crusty' as we've named our Maytronics 300 but find it hit and miss using the 'banger' to get it to respond. Our supplier gave us more information about the amount of times to hit the wall, how to check which mode the unit is in and that's helped. However, as we find the power button a little slow to respond sometimes, having to hold it down to get it to switch on, we may be switching modes without realizing it and unless you know about the flashing blue vs purple etc, is frustrating. We've been using it for two months and with our pool closing on October 4th hope to determine 100% that the problem is in fact with us and not that we have a under sensitive power button on our unit by then as it won't be back in use until May 2024. It cleans well however so I would still recommend it.

Overall satisfied. Does not clean the stairs and walls in my pool as well as I had hoped.
