I love this robot.. it’s the E20 and he puts in the work!! It’s on a 2 hour timer that he runs on then when it stops it just means it needs to be taken out to be cleaned. It’s the easiest thing to work with! This one does only come with the one filter basket but we don’t really need the ultra fine filter right now anyways. Also, I ordered the caddy with it and I’ll be honest, it is something I could go without but it’s nice to have just to store the robot in our pool shed. The robot climbs our walls with ease (we have a 30x52 pool I believe, so it’s big LOL) I would buy this robot again a million times. Saves me so much time, and MONEY!

Our pool was built 5 years ago. This is our first pool cleaner. It does a great job on covering the bottom of the pool completely. The pool bottom is 18x18 and slopes only 8 inches total. It does get hung up on the floor suction occasionally, but only when the pump is running. I guess that could be a drawback, but it works fine for me as I run a split pump schedule. The super fine mesh upgrade probably is best, but I haven’t done that yet.

Excellent product. I now have a much smaller pool and this size Dolphin is PERFECT. My first Dolphin was HUGE but I was much younger and had no problems getting it out of the pool. It was about 20 years old and it’s still running. #2 Active 20 was not exactly wonderful, the cable got tangled ALOT. I am thinking about getting it fixed and giving to a friend. I obviously think your products are more than Satisfactory!

We love our Dolphin robot! It keeps our pool very clean. Perfect for the size of our poo, which is 13’x 27’.

I had an S200 Dolphin. This one was a little cheaper but appeared in videos to work more effectively. It does. This robot is better than a S200. I have no regrets!

The Explorer E20 does a great job at moving around a 33' pool. It gets most things on the floor, just wish it was more methodical when it cleaned because there are always lines of dirt left on the bottom from where the robot didn't clean. For the value and time saving, it's definitely worth it though. Would recommend getting the "fine" filter replacement.

After going through my second Polaris, I decided to try an electric cleaner. I wish I would have done this years ago. I turn it on and in two hours my pool is clean. I have a 16x32 in ground lined pool and this model does the trick. I just hope it last longer than the Polaris cleaners.
