Set up is very simple - plug it in, turn it on and it goes! Cleans the whole pool in a couple of hours. Best thing about this: you don't need to connect it to the pool plumbing for power. No calibration and no leaf catcher needed. This DX3 has it all taken care of. So easy and trouble free - so far.

This is my second maytronics pool cleaner like this. They do a wonderful job!! Highly recommend

The Dolphin Proteus DX3 works just as advertised! We replaced our previous Polaris pool cleaner with the Dolphin which has allowed us to remove the additional Polaris pump as well as the tubing and device which lived in our pool. The Dolphin climbs the wall very well and cleans even the finest material from the pool bottom. It is easily removed from the pool and stored when complete. I am anxious to us the times cycles on the control box. It seems like I would need to leave the Dolphin in the pool continuously for this to operate. So far this has been an excellent purchase. I would recommend this purchase to pool owners looking for an affordable pool vacuum that is easy to operation and maintain.

No issues, no faults, and completely satisfied. One thing that I wished it came with is pool mapping. This would have been a great product for the price.
