My Dolphin is not working, where can I send it to be fixed?

Maytronics has Master Service Centers throughout the US to provide repair services.


If you purchased your Dolphin from a local dealer:

Contact the retail location from which the Dolphin was purchased to confirm if repair services are offered.


If the local dealer does not offer repair services; or, if you purchased your Dolphin from an Internet merchant:
Contact our Customer Care here.


Depending on the robot error, if you have checked and completed the troubleshooting to try and resolve the problem, and the robot is still not working, you can fill out a form to send your robot directly to our repair center.
