Getting started with your Liberty
Congratulations on your new Dolphin Liberty and welcome to the Dolphin family!
After you’ve unpacked your new Liberty and removed all the plastic wrapping, it’s time to get started!
Prepare your Liberty for use:
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
- Connect the charger to the robot.
- Peel off the protective sticker covering the power button.
- Charge the robot until the battery LEDs are full — this takes up to 6 hours.
- Unplug the charger.
- Activate the robot by pressing the power button for less than 4 seconds.
- Place your robot inside the pool and let it do the work!
Important charging tips:
- Charge in a shaded area, within a temperature range of 41°F–95°F. Stick to shaded, temperature-safe charging for longer life and better performance.
- Battery Indicator Behavior: While charging, the battery level indicator blinks. As the battery charges, the indicator moves to the next level, blinking at each stage until all three bars are solid green, signaling a full charge.
