EON Nautilus Terms & Condition

1. Agreement to Official Terms

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is governed by these Giveaway Terms & Conditions (these “Giveaway Terms”), which are incorporated by reference into and subject to Maytronics’ Terms of Service (collectively, “Maytronics Official Terms”). In case of any conflict between these Giveaway Terms and the Maytronics Official Terms, the Giveaway Terms shall prevail with respect to this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and meet all other eligibility requirements in the Maytronics Official Terms

3. Giveaway Period

The promotion begins on April 8th, 2026, at 12:00AM ET, and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Only entries submitted during the Giveaway Period will be eligble. 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Visit maytronics.com/en‑us/ (the “Website”),
  • Provide their first name, last name, and email address
  • Indicate agreement to these Giveaway Terms and the Maytronics Privacy Policy.
  • No purchase is necessary to qualify.

Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Dolphin Nautilus EON 120D (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about May 1, 2026 one (1) eligible entry will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected participant (the “Winner”) will be notified via the email address provided. If the Winner fails to respond within seven (7) days or is otherwise ineligible, Maytronics may select an alternate winner or forfeit the Prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

Prize will be delivered in accordance with Maytronics’ Shipping Policy. Winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information; Maytronics is not liable for delivery delays caused by erroneous addresses.

8. Publicity Consent

By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Maytronics the right to use his/her first name and last initial for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Maytronics and its affiliates from any and all liability or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, subject to the limitations set out in the Maytronics Terms of Service .

10. Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected from participants will be processed in accordance with Maytronics’ Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and notifying the Winner.

11. General Conditions

Maytronics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or these Giveaway Terms for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Maytronics’ control. Any attempt to corrupt or interfere with the Giveaway is grounds for disqualification and may constitute a violation of law.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws applicable to the Maytronics Official Terms.
